Ethical Principles and Ethics Board

Marsped Logistics adopts the principle of adherence to ethical principles and rules in all its business activities. These ethical values are indispensable for the growth and development of our company.

Behavior in Accordance with Ethical Principles

As Marsped Logistics, it is our priority to comply with ethical principles and faithfully adhere to these values. It is the responsibility of every employee to detect and resolve behavior that violates business ethics rules and ethical values.

Ethics Violation Report

If you witness a violation of ethical rules or any unethical practices in the workplace, please report this to the Ethics Committee.
Your violation or suspicious application notifications are considered confidential or anonymous. The confidentiality of breach notifications will be strictly maintained.

The Ethics Board is the unit that deals with ethical issues of Marsped Logistics and consists of the President and his two deputies. This board is responsible for ensuring our adherence to our ethical values and directing the resolution of any ethical violations.

Our Ethical Values

As Marsped Logistics, we attach importance to our commitment to business ethics and ethical values and encourage behavior in accordance with these principles. Compliance with business ethics rules is the cornerstone of our company.

Trust and Consistency

As Marsped Logistics, we protect our company image by maintaining a reliable and consistent stance. Employees' attitudes, behaviors, relationships with third parties and the activities they participate in should not negatively affect our company image.

Privacy and Information Protection

We are committed to protecting the commercial and private information of Marsped Logistics and the organizations we cooperate with. We keep confidential information that may provide an advantage to our competitors, trade secrets, and private information of our employees and the organizations we cooperate with. We take necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing this information.

Conflicts of Interest

As Marsped Logistics employees, we avoid conflicts of interest. Our first degree relatives (spouse, parent, sibling) cannot work in a competing company. Personal debts, receivables or relationships of interest are not entered into using the company name. Company employees cannot enter into commercial competition with their companies. Personnel selection is made on the basis of competence, acquaintances or relatives criteria are not taken into account. Customer information cannot be used for personal interests.

Anti-Bribery Policy

Taking or giving bribes or accepting irregular payments is strictly prohibited. Our employees can accept gifts or promotions not exceeding 250 TL in total within 1 year. If these limits are exceeded, such gifts/promotions are thrown into the "Company Gift Pool" and distributed to employees within the framework of social events. Irregular money is not accepted and will not be paid. No irregularities can be made in in-company expense notifications.

Respect and Communication

We comply with the rules of respect and courtesy in written and verbal communication. Marsped Logistics employees do not personalize their business relationships. Relationships leading to personal hostility and conflict that may negatively affect the work atmosphere are not allowed. Verbal or physical attacks that amount to insults are not allowed in the superior-subordinate relationship.

Anti-harassment Policy

At Marsped Logistics, we condemn any form of harassment. We absolutely do not accept sexual harassment, emotional harassment, psychological violence and threats.

Political Activities

Political activities are not allowed under the umbrella of the company. Marsped Logistics employees cannot make political statements on behalf of the company. They may personally engage in political activities outside working hours and outside the company.

Intellectual Property Rights

As Marsped Logistics, we attach great importance to the protection of intellectual property. Software developed by the company and its collaborations cannot be copied. Unlicensed or duplicate products cannot be used within the company.

Anti-discrimination

Marsped Logistics does not discriminate when selecting its employees. It makes personnel selections on the basis of needs, applicants' personal and professional skills and abilities. It does not discriminate based on language, religion, race or gender.
